Hired personnel
The activities of the Foundation are carried out by professionals, both paid workers and volunteers, in collaboration. This criterion must be maintained in all activities of the Foundation - Article 5.G of the Statutes-.
Lluís Dalmau
Director
Represent the Foundation before third parties for the achievement of the foundational purposes, processing of documentation and files, with no exceptions other than those established in the current regulations and the Statutes. Execution of the agreements of the Board and manage the assets and accounting, personnel and projects.
Gross annual salary 2017: 17,078.88€ - Given to the Foundation: 3,055€
Miquel Martos
NOC Manager
Involved in the guifi.net network since its inception, he has actively participated in the development, maintenance, and design of the network, management tools, and supporting new devices. In 2011 he designed the NOC, which he manages and supervises, as well as the management of the LIR and technical support for the participating individuals.
Meritxell Vilaró
Administrative
Higher Technician in Administration and Finance at the Institute of Vic. She has worked in different companies in reception, accounting administration, and human resources.
Clara Cusó
Coordinator
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and specialized in alternative dispute resolution. She has worked in various non-profit entities in project coordination, management, political advocacy, and communication.
Núria Coromina
Graduated in Political Science and Administration and Master's in Contemporary Migrations with internships at the Department of Coexistence and Participation at the Badalona City Council. Linked to the social and community life of Vic.
Vanesa Poyo Mera
Administrative assistant
Higher Technician in Administration and Finance at La Salle Manlleu. She has worked in companies performing documentation, archiving, and reception tasks.

Roger Baig
Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, linked to free software since the 90s and to guifi.net since 2006. As a volunteer, he has participated in the deployment of the network in different areas and in nationwide and international dissemination.
Agustí Moll
Developer
Technical engineer in Management Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Since 2003 linked to community networks. He has collaborated in the development of the Gracia Sense Fils and Quick Mesh Project firmwares for Adhoc Mesh Networks. He has participated in the European project of the Foundation, Clommunity, and in the development of FiberFY.
