Guifi.net Foundation
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing and administrative body of the Foundation, representing and managing it, and assumes all powers and functions necessary for achieving the foundational purposes - Article 16 of the Statutes -.
The Trustees exercise their position free of charge - Article 19 of the Statutes-
Ramon Roca Tiò
President (unpaid position)
Studied Law at the University of Barcelona but oriented his professional career towards information technologies, developing responsibilities in the corporate field for thirty years.

Pablo Boronat Pérez
Vice President (unpaid position)
Doctor in Computer Engineering. Tenured professor at Jaume I University of Castellón. One of those who believes 'it's worth trying'.
Lluís Dalmau Junyent
Member (unpaid position)
Graduated in Documentation, Technical Engineer in agricultural and food industries, Specialist Technician in environment. Institut Taradell and internal trainer of the organization of the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya in the Department of Education.

Ramon Amblàs i Comas
Member (unpaid position)
Completed various computer courses in the early 80s, from which he expanded his knowledge in a didactic manner. Develops management programs for companies and assists end users. Since the beginning of the guifi.net project, he has been notably active as a volunteer in the installation of supernodes and client nodes, as well as providing support to users in forums and mailing lists.
Gil Forcada Codinachs
Member (unpaid position)
Studied Technical Engineering in Computer Systems at the University of Girona. Since 2011, he has lived in Berlin and works as the head of developers for a newspaper's website. Always involved in coding projects (GNOME, Plone) or open network guifi.net and language (Softcatalà).

Clara Cusó Coll
Secretary of the Board of Trustees
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and specialized in alternative dispute resolution. She has worked in different non-profit organizations in the areas of project coordination, management, political advocacy, and communication.
Trustees may establish a paid employment or professional relationship with the Guifi.net Foundation as long as it is articulated through a contract that clearly defines the labor or professional tasks that are compensated - Article 19 of the Statutes-.
